In the last few years, the Falorni company has acquired a vast experience in the building of furnaces for artistic glass companies and they can offer their customers quotations along with layouts for the furnace arrangement within the factory. Layouts are very important to clarify all building aspects and technical details of the furnace and they also help in the determination of overall dimensions. Normally, a preliminary layout is prepared with the in-factory furnace positioning. This layout is presented along with the furnace quotation and is used to draw the first conclusions and analyse production areas and the potential positioning of the moulding machines. The layout is then developed with the customer and all components are moved around the factory until the most satisfactory solution is found, both for production and furnace-building purposes. Eventually, all technical aspects of the contract are defined and the best furnace position is agreed. This operating method has several advantages:

First of all, the customers get a clear idea of what they are buying;
With an in-factory furnace drawing, customers become aware of any necessary structural work that should be carried out on the work area, and - knowing that from the beginning - they can get an idea of all additional costs;
With a layout you can discuss directly with master glass-makers and get advice from them as concerns the necessary work environment configuration;
you can also plan possible machine additions and the development of the production site;
